The part number on these units is a Q21-6170-008K1T. This number is a direct replacement for the part number Q21-6167-008K1T as well. I have been advised that this number is also a replacement for any of the other DEF Sensors as well (like the Q21-6167-008K1T and Q21-6170-008K1T).
